{"id":152,"date":"2013-11-28T18:00:07","date_gmt":"2013-11-28T14:00:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ich.md\/?page_id=152"},"modified":"2018-11-11T23:06:01","modified_gmt":"2018-11-11T21:06:01","slug":"despre-institut-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ich.md\/?page_id=152","title":{"rendered":"Despre institut"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>{:ro}<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Institutul Patrimoniului Cultural<\/strong> a fost fondat \u00een anul 2006, \u00een conformitate cu Hot\u0103r\u00e2rea Guvernului Republicii Moldova nr. 1326 din 14.12.2005 \u201eCu privire la m\u0103surile de optimizare a infrastructurii sferei \u015ftiin\u0163ifice \u015fi inov\u0103rii\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Institutul a fost format prin contopirea a trei institu\u0163ii existente anterior: Institutul de Arheologie \u015fi Etnografie, Institutul de Cercet\u0103ri Interetnice \u015fi Institutul Studiul Artelor, \u00een prezent reprezent\u00e2nd o institu\u0163ie public\u0103, finan\u0163at\u0103 integral din bugetul de Stat. Institutul \u00ee\u015fi desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 activit\u0103\u0163ile \u00een conformitate cu prevederile Constitu\u0163iei Republicii Moldova, ale Codului cu privire la \u015etiin\u0163\u0103 \u015fi Inovare al Republicii Moldova \u015fi ale altor acte legislative \u015fi normative, ale Acordului de parteneriat \u00eencheiat \u00eentre Guvernul Republicii Moldova \u015fi A\u015eM \u015fi ale Statutului s\u0103u.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Activitatea IPC se \u00eencadreaz\u0103 \u00een direc\u0163ia strategic\u0103 <em>Patrimoniul cultural <\/em><em>\u0219<\/em><em>i dezvoltarea societ\u0103\u0163ii<\/em>, aprobat\u0103 pentru anii 2013\u20132020 \u0219i se refer\u0103 la tema general\u0103 <em>Geneza, evolu\u0163ia \u015fi specificul etno-cultural \u015fi artistic al Moldovei<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Misiunea Institutului este organizarea \u015fi efectuarea investiga\u0163iilor \u015ftiin\u0163ifice fundamentale \u015fi cu caracter aplicativ \u00een domeniul patrimoniului arheologic, etno-cultural \u015fi artistic al Republicii Moldova, av\u00e2nd ca sarcin\u0103 major\u0103 dezvoltarea durabil\u0103 a \u0163\u0103rii \u00een baza rezultatelor activit\u0103\u0163ii de cercetare-dezvoltare, la promovarea \u015fi implementarea valorilor \u015ftiin\u0163ifice \u015fi culturale, ob\u0163inute \u00een plan na\u0163ional \u015fi interna\u0163ional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Activitatea Institutului a fost evaluat\u0103 de CNAA \u00een anul 2013, fiind acreditate urm\u0103toarele profiluri de cercetare: <em>Arheologia spa\u0163iului carpato-nistrean<\/em>; <em>Etnii \u015fi rela\u0163ii interetnice din Republica Moldova<\/em>; <em>Geneza \u015fi evolu\u0163ia artei na\u0163ionale<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen perioada 2011\u20132014 au fost finisate proiectele <em>Dimensiunea european\u0103 a patrimoniului arheologic al Republicii Moldova<\/em>; <em>Dimensiunea european\u0103 a patrimoniului etnografic al Republicii Moldova<\/em>; <em>Patrimoniul artistic al Republicii Moldova \u00een contextul multiculturalismului european: cercetare, valorificare<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cencep\u00e2nd cu anul 2015, cercet\u0103torii IPC activeaz\u0103 \u00een cadrul a trei proiecte fundamentale, unul pentru tineri cercet\u0103tori \u0219i un proiect interna\u021bional:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1) <em>Structuri \u015fi interferen\u0163e culturale din spa\u0163iul est-carpatic din cele mai vechi timpuri p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een epoca modern\u0103<\/em> (director de proiect dr. hab. Oleg. Levi\u021bki);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2)<em> Valorificarea pluridimensional\u0103 a patrimoniului etnocultural ca factor al armoniz\u0103rii \u015fi dezvolt\u0103rii societ\u0103\u0163ii Republicii Moldova <\/em>(director de proiect dr. Svetlana Procop);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3) <em>Interferen\u0163e culturale<\/em><em> europene \u00een arta din Republica Moldova. Studii de istoria \u015fi teoria artelor <\/em>(director de proiect dr. hab. Tudor Stavil\u0103);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4) <em>Cercetarea necropolei cre\u015ftine de la Lozova din perioada constituirii statului medieval moldovenesc<\/em> (proiect pentru tinerii cercet\u0103tori, director dr. Ion Ursu);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5) <em>Safeguarding of the intangible Romani heritage in the Republic of Moldova threatened by the volatilisation of the individual unexplored collections [<\/em><em>Salvgardarea patrimoniului imaterial al romilor din Republica Moldova, amenin\u0163at de volatilizarea colec\u0163iilor individuale inexplorate]<\/em> (proiect interna\u021bional, director dr. Ion Duminica).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Obiectivele principale ale proiectelor se refer\u0103 la reconstituirea imaginii de ansamblu privind evolu\u0163ia culturii materiale \u015fi spirituale a comunit\u0103\u0163ilor umane de pe teritoriul Moldovei \u00een pre- \u015fi protoistorie, antichitate \u015fi evul mediu, \u00een complexitatea multimilenar\u0103 a procesului evolutiv istoric \u015fi cultural european; repertorierea patrimoniului arheologic conform Planului de ac\u0163iuni privind implementarea Strategiei \u201eCultura 2020\u201d \u015fi valorificarea \u015ftiin\u0163ific\u0103 a acestuia; cercetarea fundamental\u0103 continu\u0103 a fenomenelor \u015fi proceselor etnoculturale, valorificarea pluridimensional\u0103 a patrimoniului etnocultural ca factor de armonizare a dezvolt\u0103rii societ\u0103\u0163ii; raportarea artelor vizuale \u015fi audiovizuale la evolu\u0163ia artelor na\u0163ionale \u015fi \u00eencadrarea acestora \u00een contextul regional, european, coroborarea cu rezultatele investig\u0103rilor \u015ftiin\u0163ifice similare din spa\u0163iul european, \u0219.a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Principalii beneficiari ai rezultatelor cercet\u0103rilor sunt Ministerul Culturii al Republicii Moldova, Muzeul Na\u0163ional de Istorie a Moldovei, Muzeul Na\u021bional de Art\u0103 al Moldovei, institu\u0163iile de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt preuniversitar \u0219i universitar, Departamentul Turismului, Agen\u021bia Na\u021bional\u0103 Arheologic\u0103, Agen\u021bia de Inspectare \u0219i Restaurare a Monumentelor, administra\u0163ia public\u0103 local\u0103, uniunile de crea\u021bie, ONG-urile, cu care se conlucreaz\u0103 la diferite nivele \u00een vederea protec\u021biei patrimoniului \u021b\u0103rii.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">IPC este fondator \u0219i editeaz\u0103 cu regularitate: \u201eRevista Arheologic\u0103\u201d; \u201eRevista de Etnologie \u015fi Culturologie\u201d; Revista \u201eARTA\u201d. Din anul 2012 sunt publicate \u201eRezumatele comunic\u0103rilor conferin\u021bei\u201d. \u00cen 2013 revistele au fost reevaluate \u0219i incluse \u00een Registrul na\u0163ional al revistelor \u015ftiin\u0163ifice, <em>Categoria B<\/em>.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/archaeology.asm.md\/\"><strong>Revista Arheologic\u0103<\/strong><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/ich.md\/?cat=34\"><strong>;<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/ethnology.asm.md\/\">Revista de Etnologie \u015fi Culturologie<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/ich.md\/?cat=46\">;<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/artjournal.asm.md\/\">Arta: Arte vizuale \u015fi Arte audiovizuale<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Structura Institutului include urm\u0103toarele subdiviziuni \u015ftiin\u0163ifice de baz\u0103:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Centrul de Arheologie (sec\u0163ia Arheologia preistoric\u0103 \u0219i sec\u0163ia Arheologia Antic\u0103 \u015fi Medieval\u0103).<\/li>\n<li>Centrul de Etnologie (sec\u0163ia Probleme generale ale etnologiei \u0219i sec\u0163ia Minorit\u0103\u0163i etnice).<\/li>\n<li>Centrul Studiul Artelor (sec\u0163ia Arte vizuale \u0219i sec\u0163ia Arte audiovizuale).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La \u0218coala Doctoral\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i fac studiile 25 de doctoranzi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen cadrul Institutului Patrimoniului Cultural sunt instituite patru Seminare \u0219tiin\u021bifice de profil, aprobate prin Hot\u0103r\u00e2rea CNAA nr. De asemenea, \u00een cadrul Institutului se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 diverse manifest\u0103ri \u0219tiin\u021bifice na\u021bionale, cu participare interna\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i interna\u021bionale: conferin\u021be, mese rotunde, seminare, lans\u0103ri de carte \u0219.a<\/p>\n<p>{:}{:en}<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Institute of Cultural Heritage is the main research institution which organizes and conducts investigations in the domains of Archaeology, Ethnology and Art Studies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Having at its disposal high\/qualified personnel, the Institute performs&gt;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>field surveys regarding the detection, registration and investigation of the archaeological, ethno-cultural and artistic heritage;<\/li>\n<li>analytical and generalizing research in all the fields connected to archaeology and ancient history, ethnography and ethnology, folk and modern arts;<\/li>\n<li>preparation of studies, which popularize historical, archaeological, ethno-cultural and artistic heritage, of educational books and special courses;<\/li>\n<li>publication of archaeological, ethnographical, cultural and artistic materials, comprehensive, popularizing and didactic studies;<\/li>\n<li>training young specialists (competitors, post-graduators, expertise and conduction of academic theses) in the fields of Archaeology and Ancient History, Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology, Plastic Arts and Audiovisuals;<\/li>\n<li>organization of national and international scientific conferences and symposia;<\/li>\n<li>TV and radio documentary series, special courses, expertise of archaeological, cultural, historical, modern and historical art sites and items, presentations of books ant thematic expositions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al the above-mentioned activities can be executed, in part or completely, and by the initiative of institutions and particular persons from the country and abroad, on the basis of cooperation contracts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0The Institute of Cultural Heritage (ICH) was created in the year of 2006 (registry certificate MD 0059524 0f 9<sup>th<\/sup> august 2006) as a result of the reorganization of the research institutes of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Moldova, in conformity with the Republic of Moldova Governments Decision nr. 1326 from 14.12.2005 \u201cOn the optimizations of infrastructure and innovation in the scientific sphere\u201d. The Institute \u00a0was formed through the integration of three earlier existing institutions: the Institute of Archaeology and Ethnography, the Institute of Interethnic Studies and the Institute of Art Studies. In the same year of 2006 ICH was accredited by the National Council for Accreditation and Attestations; \u00a0reaccredited by the National Council for Accreditation and Attestations in 2013 (Accreditation Certificate nr. 034 of 20.07.2013).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Institute of Cultural Heritage represents the main academic organization inside the country, which has its main goal studying and revival of the cultural heritage, which is incorporated in three relatively independent scientific domains \u2013 Archaeology, Ethnology and Art Studies. The main research direction of the Institute is fully represented by the formula \u201cGenesis, evolution and peculiarity of the archaeological, ethno-cultural and artistic heritage of the Republic of Moldova\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the peculiarity of the research domain, the Institute of Cultural Heritage consist of tree scientific Centers: Archaeological Centre, Ethnological Centre, Art Studies Centre. Each of these Centers includes two sections, which consist of a certain number pf Sector or thematic Groups.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Today the Institute of Cultural heritage includes a staff of 125 officers. The scientific potential of the Institute consists of 95 researches, of which 55 hold a Phd degree and 11 hold the scientific degree of dr. hab. (including two members of the academy).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Over 26 young researchers are performing their Phd research of the Institute.
