Mii de crea\u0163ii folclorice dintre Prut \u015fi Nistru, aflate \u00een gestiunea Institutului Patrimoniului Cultural \u015fi Institutului de Filologie Rom\u00e2n\u0103 \u201eBogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu\u201d din Chi\u015fin\u0103u au fost digitizate \u015fi conservate \u00een 2018 \u00een cadrul unui proiect care a beneficiat de finan\u0163are britanic\u0103. Rezultatele proiectului vor fi prezentate vineri, 11 ianuarie 2019, \u00eentr-o conferin\u0163\u0103 desf\u0103\u015furat\u0103 de membrii echipei implicate \u00een Sala Mic\u0103 a Academiei de \u015etiin\u0163e a Moldovei.<\/p>\n

Prin grantul \u201eSaving the folkloric archival material preserved in Chi\u015fin\u0103u, Republic of Moldova (EAP1045)\u201d, c\u00e2\u015ftigat de dr. hab. Victor Ghila\u015f, muzicolog, director al Institutului Patrimoniului Cultural din Chi\u015fin\u0103u, \u015fi administrat de Asocia\u0163ia Eurocentrica din Bucure\u015fti, a fost digitizat\u0103 \u015fi urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie f\u0103cut\u0103 accesibil\u0103 online o parte important\u0103 a arhivei folclorice culese \u00een satele moldovene\u015fti de Filiala Moldoveneasc\u0103 a Academiei de \u015etiin\u0163e a URSS, \u00een perioada 1946-1990. Grantul, este oferit de British Library, cu sprijinul Fondului Caritabil Arcadia, \u00een cadrul Endangered Archives Programme, care are ca scop facilitarea cercet\u0103rii \u015ftiin\u0163ifice prin identificarea \u015fi conservarea materialului de arhiv\u0103 privind societ\u0103\u0163ile pre-industriale din \u00eentreaga lume, aflat \u00een risc de deteriorare.<\/p>\n

Materialul digitizat este constituit din 450 de volume de \u00eensemn\u0103ri \u00een scris \u015fi \u00eenregistr\u0103ri pe circa 500 benzi magnetice ale unor c\u00e2ntece populare, colinde, basme \u015fi multor alte crea\u0163ii folclorice, culese pe teritoriul de ast\u0103zi al Republicii Moldova, dar \u015fi pe teritoriul \u00eenvecinat al Ucrainei, \u00een perioada sovietic\u0103, conservat \u00een condi\u0163ii precare p\u00e2n\u0103 la derularea proiectului din cauza finan\u0163\u0103rii reduse a domeniului cultural. \u00cen scurt timp, el va putea fi consultat integral, \u00een scopuri non-comerciale, cu respectarea normelor legale \u00een vigoare, pe site-ul dedicat al proiectului (http:\/\/folkloricarchival.asm.md\/<\/a>) \u015fi pe sec\u0163iunea special\u0103 de pe site-ul British Library (https:\/\/eap.bl.uk\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Printre celelalte rezultate ale proiectului, care vor fi prezentate \u00een cadrul conferin\u0163ei, se num\u0103r\u0103 \u015fi relocarea \u00een condi\u0163ii optime de p\u0103strare a materialului arhivistic \u00een format fizic, dar \u015fi trainingul de specialitate al echipei de cercet\u0103tori \u015fi speciali\u015fti moldoveni, \u00een domeniul digitiz\u0103rii \u015fi managementului arhivelor \u00een format fizic \u015fi digital, de la exper\u0163i din afara \u0163\u0103rii. Conferin\u0163a se va \u00eencheia printr-o dezbatere cu publicul referitoare metodele moderne de conservare a patrimoniului cultural aflat \u00een pericol.<\/p>\n

The End of the Project<\/p>\n

\u201eSaving the folkloric archival material preserved in Chi\u015fin\u0103u, Republic of Moldova\u201d<\/p>\n

Chi\u015fin\u0103u, \u00a0the 08th of\u00a0 January 2019<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thousands of folkloric creations from the region between the Prut and Dniester rivers, archived at the Institute of Cultural Heritage and the Institute of Romanian Philology \u201eBogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu\u201d from Chi\u015fin\u0103u were digitised and offered better conditions of preservation in 2018, through a British-funded project. The results of the project will be presented Friday, the 11th of January 2019, in a conference held by the members of the project team in Sala Mic\u0103 of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova.<\/p>\n

Through the grant \u201eSaving the folkloric archival material preserved in Chi\u015fin\u0103u, Republic of Moldova (EAP1045)\u201d, won by dr. hab. Victor Ghila\u015f, musicologist, director of the Institute of Cultural Heritage from Chi\u015fin\u0103u, and administered by the Association Eurocentrica from Bucharest, a significant part of the folkloric archival material gathered between 1946-1990 in the Moldovan villages by the Moldovan Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences was digitised and will be soon made accessible online. The Grant is offered by the British Library, with the support of Arcadia Charitable Fund, through the Endangered Archives Programme, whose objective is to facilitate scholarschip and research by identifying and preserving the archival material at risk, concerning pre-modern societies from all over the world.<\/p>\n

The digitised material comprises 450 volumes of written notes and recordings stored on nearly 500 reel tapes, dealing with folkloric songs, carols, tales and many other folkloric creations, gathered in the Soviet period from the nowadays territory of the Republic of Moldova, but also from regions currently belonging to Ukraine. The material was preserved in precarious conditions until the beginning of the project, due to limited public funding. Soon, it will be freely available online, for non-commercial use, on the project\u2019s website (http:\/\/folkloricarchival.asm.md\/<\/a>) and on the special section of the site of the British Library (https:\/\/eap.bl.uk\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Other results of the project that will be presented during the conference are the relocation of the physical archival material to optimal conditions of storage and the training of the Moldovan members of the project team in digitisation and archival management, made by foreign experts.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
